Brine system machine uses traditional salt water tank for ice production, the user put the ice buckets with full water in the brine tank. Through heat exchange, the water inside the ice can all become ice. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thaw tank full of running warm water. So the ice surface thaws and gets separate from ice bucket.
The ice blocks produced are the largest in ice products and have a small contact area with the outside world. Ice block machine application fields: ice factories in port terminals, food processing, aquatic product preservation, cooling, aquatic products, food preservation, ice sculpture, edible ice fields, etc. FOCUSUN provide daily output from 1 ton- 500 tons per day and ice size can be customized according to needs. Besides, the block ice also can be crushed according to different requirements.
